Patricia (Patty) Camerota is a social media, content, and influencer marketing strategist in Boston, Massachusetts. Previously, as the Associate Director of Social Media at Media Cause, a full-service marketing agency dedicated to empowering nonprofits to advance their missions, she played a pivotal role in strategic digital engagement and advocacy. In her capacity, she has had the privilege of collaborating with nonprofits such as The Brennan Center for Justice, the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), and the It Gets Better Project, crafting compelling social media campaigns and strategies that drive meaningful impact.
Previously, Patty served as the Social Media Editor at Cosmopolitan Magazine, overseeing the strategic direction and implementation of the publication's social media initiatives across various platforms including X (formerly known as Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok.
