Patricia (Patty) Camerota is a social media, content, and influencer marketing strategist based in Philadelphia.

With nearly a decade of experience in digital storytelling, she’s helped brands, media outlets, and mission-driven organizations craft compelling narratives and build meaningful online communities.

Most recently, Patty served as the Social Media Platforms Manager for Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff during the Harris for President campaign, leading social strategy and content execution at a national scale. Before that, as Associate Director of Social Media at Media Cause—a marketing agency dedicated to nonprofits—she led social media strategy and advocacy efforts for organizations like the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), It Gets Better Project, and CAMFED (Campaign for Female Education).

Prior to her agency work, Patty was the Social Media Editor at Cosmopolitan Magazine, overseeing social strategy and content production across X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok. Under her guidance, Cosmopolitan received an honorable mention in the Best Overall Social Presence (Media/Entertainment) category at the 2020 Webby Awards. Before that, Patty got her start in digital media as a social media assistant at USA Today’s Reviewed.com in Boston.
